Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow around 75 minutes for your appointment, including consultation and processing. If it is your first colour visit with us, we may ask you to pop in for a quick skin test beforehand.

Please arrive with clean, dry hair free from heavy oils or product build-up so the tint applies evenly. Booking ahead helps secure your preferred time.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Most clients refresh their root tint every 4 to 6 weeks to keep coverage clean and consistent. We can also add a gloss on the mid-lengths and ends periodically to keep tone and shine balanced.

Use colour-safe shampoo and conditioner, protect from heat with a thermal spray, and avoid very hot water and harsh clarifiers. Rebook before you leave to keep your maintenance predictable and diary friendly.
