Really lovely experience at a high-end salon. All the staff were so welcoming, from the front desk to having my hair washed. Going into a salon can feel quite intimidating when you lack confidence, but everyone was so warm and friendly. Even booking last minute over WhatsApp was hassle-free, and the kindness and service were 100%. Samantha (Sam) was amazing. She made me feel completely at ease, was lovely to chat to, and made the whole experience feel so personal and comfortable. She has such a talent for reassuring nervous clients without even realising it. Not only is she a lovely girl, but she’s also a brilliant hairdresser who really knows what she’s doing and truly listens to what you want. Thank you for an amazing haircut and such a positive experience. I’ll 100% be coming back to have Samantha do my hair again.
